Claudette Allen is an educational leader, a life-long teacher, and a writer who has proofread and edited hundreds of papers and documents and updated resumes and bios for over twenty years. She obtained bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English and a specialist degree in leadership and has served in public education as a teacher and school administrator for many years.

Over the years, she has worked diligently with new and beginning teachers in providing suggestions on creating highly engaging lessons and classroom management strategies. Her desire to be a positive change agent led to her service as the chairperson of a local academy and charter school board. Her love of adding value to others took her to Russia where she visited schools and met with officials from their education headquarters and offered insights and strategies on enhancing student engagement and classroom management.

Claudette served on several district accreditation review teams as well and traveled to different states to observe student learning in progress and suggested ways in which each education system could work together to meet the needs of students. Also, she is ordained and served as an associate pastor of a local church where she conducted workshops for church leaders, delivered inspiring talks, and wrote instructional articles and manuals. She has written and delivered poetry and inspirational exhortations as well. She is staunchly committed to growing and nurturing competent and talented individuals and consistently goes the extra mile with colleagues and clients. Her passion to encourage, inspire, and empower others was a deciding factor in her becoming a Maxwell Leadership Certified speaker, coach, trainer, and DISC Consultant.
